The Parkway Fencing Club has been around for 42 years and is one of the oldest and largest, competitive fencing clubs in the St. Louis area. It is coached by Charles Willis III, Fencing Master and certified coach in all three weapons. Parkway Fencing Club has over 60 members of all ages and at all levels. Some compete just for fun, and many like seeing how far their skill will take them at the Local, Regional and National, and perhaps International, level.

** Update 06/09/2009 **
Pictures from the Parkway Picnic held last weekend are up. Everyone had a good time and we all look forward to a fun and successful season next year. But don't forget Nationals coming up in July. We have a few fencers that will be heading down to Texas and we wish them the best of luck (I'll get the names and events listed soon). Check back for results when things get going.

** Update 05/31/2009 **
Parkway will continue to meet through the month of June, normal club times: Monday and Thursday, 7:00 - 10:00. We will take July off and start back with the new fencing season in August (check back for details).

Parkway Picnic will be held at Queeny Park from 3:30 to 5:30 Sunday 5/31. Come on by and say Hi. Not sure which pavillion Chuck's reserved, so keep an eye out ;)

The Meet Me in St. Louis Open was a big success this past weekend. It was an A2 level event with a lot of great fencing. Thanks to everyone who participated and congratulations to the winners and those who earned new ratings! Detailed results can be found at FRED - Meet Me in St. Louis Results
